Phänomena is sharpening all sub-projects and strengthening its management team.

New Organisational Structure and More Power for the Phänomena 2026

Compliance committee
As promised, we are not wasting any time pressing with Phänomena 2026 and putting it on a better footing. A project of this size requires broad support. For this reason, we have reorganized the management team and distributed the areas of responsibility across more shoulders. On the other hand, we have set up an independent compliance committee to reflect and scrutinise our work. Severin Pflüger, lawyer and former municipal Counselor, Nina Fehr Düsel, lawyer and National Counselor, Peter Studer, former managing director and business representative, and Roger Bachmann, Mayor of Dietikon, are part of the committee.

New management board
Beat Heuberger, Partner H+H Management, is also a new member of Phänomena. Beat Heuberger was involved in the Svizra27 feasibility study and has extensive experience in event management. As of April 1, 2024, Loana Noëmi Schütz is leading the internal content team of project managers.
She has been a part of the Phänomena for over two years and has been responsible for the Biodiversity, Chemistry & Physics, and Space themes as a project manager. Beatrice Fischer also joined the team on 13 May. The lawyer is now responsible for fundraising.
